Decided to do this one as well.

- still getting used to Photoshop, mostly drew my rat character and Neopets. Around this time I was very inspired by various anthro artists I'd recently found by browsing online... I wish I could remember who all my influences were, but I've lost track of most of them.
- This year I joined dA. Was very into Inuyasha and spent most of my time on dA looking for fanart and drawing it myself
- Regained interest in anthro, drew my guinea pig characters, and dabbled in a bit of realism.
- I started posting Redwall fanart, although I'd been drawing it since 2001-ish. I gained a bit of a following from the Russian side of the fandom and did a lot of trades with them. My style was being slowly influenced by the Redwall tv show style.
- I got a bit burnt out by all the Redwall art, changed interests, and majorly got back into Pokemon. And did a few trades with people. At this time I had pretty much stopped drawing any original characters of mine to focus on college work, and drew Pokemon fanarts just for fun.
- Revived interest in Redwall, and Sapphire and Ari appeared.
- More of the same, but by now I was at university so I could see improvements appearing, especially anatomy-wise.
- Was busy with uni work, but continued developing Sapphire and Ari's world, introducing Ruby. Still drew Pokemon but by the end of the year my interest in drawing fanart fizzled out.
- By now I had switched dA accounts, wanting to make a fresh start. I drew a mix of things here, trying to apply what I had learned at uni; I now had a slight storybook influence to my style.
- Began focusing much more on my own characters; worked on my comic, and started writing about and developing all my characters more.
- I've seen a lot of improvement this year. I seem to have found a new sense of fun when drawing purely for myself as a hobby, not restricted by college deadlines or suchlike, and I feel very inspired by things
