A little Cyana comic.
For those who don't know, I suffer with Social Anxiety. Most of the time I can deal with it. Recently I've had situations thrown upon me where I struggle to deal with it. Then I spend days angry with myself wondering why I find it so difficult to answer the door, make a phonecall, even buying something from a shop sometimes. Anything involving dealing with strangers.
Then I'll think back on how much I've changed and how far I've come. It's one small step at a time
